Alan Crowe Photography is proud to offer premium exhibition quality Fine Art Prints of the beauty from our natural world. Images of our nature can add warmth, beauty, elegance, calm, and healing to any environment. Studies in Evidence Based Design have show that nature scenes can reduce stress and promote faster healing in patients. In addition, these same images can increase production and creativity in office environments. My fine art prints can help bring these qualities into your residence, office, hospitality, or health care interior.
All of our prints are produced to critical standards on the highest quality archival materials. Each finished print is personally inspected and signed before shipping to the customer.

Paper Prints: The ideal choice for those wanting a print suited for the classic display method of mat and frame. Printed on museum quality fine art paper with a soft luster finish, ultra-high resolution, vivid color rendition and exceptional image stability. Prints ship flat or rolled depending on size.
Metallic Prints: High gloss prints with an incredible luminescent quality. Produced using a heat sublimation process that actually infuses the image onto sheet aluminum. This process produces a print of incredibly rich color, depth, detail and durability. Prints come finished with a “float mount” backer and radius corners (approximately 1/8″). In addition metal prints come with hardware ready to hang on your wall, no frame needed!
Lumachrome Acrylic Prints: Exceptionally stunning prints designed to showcase images in the most impressive manner. The Lumachrome process is engineered to overcome and surpass the limitations of traditional chromogenic processes and inkjet processes. Details appear to emerge in 3D from the depths of the image with the Lumachrome process thanks to the transparency layer that is infused with iridium particles and is encapsulated in a layer suspended between the white poly surface and Acrylic.
Prints are ready to hang print includes a 1/8″ acrylic facemount with a 6mm or 12mm Comatex backing and an HD 1.375″ ROMA back mounted floating frame.
Gallery Canvas Wraps: Printed directly onto museum-quality canvas material using high-quality archival inks. A lustre laminate is applied to each piece to protect the surface of the print. Canvas wraps also eliminate the need (and cost) of framing. Comes with hardware ready to hang on your wall.

Notes on Print Handling
Display all prints, including metal, lumachrome, gallery canvas wraps, and paper, away from direct sunlight and other sources of strong UV rays. Also, keep your prints away from sources of harmful airborne particles such as fireplaces and heaters.
Metal and Lumachrome Prints: Surfaces are very fragile and susceptible to scratches and scuff marks. Use only a clean microfiber cloth to gently clean dust off the surface. Never use chemical or alcohol based cleaners.
Paper Prints: Use utmost care in handling your print. The surface is very delicate and can be easily scratched and damaged.
Treat your print like any other artwork, such as etchings or serigraphs. Handle paper prints as gently as possible. When doing so, be sure that your hands are freshly washed to minimize transfer of oils from your skin. Because paper is damaged by prolonged contact with chemically unstable materials, the choice of materials for storage and exhibition is critical. Mats, folders, and storage boxes should be labeled acid-free or 100% cotton rag. Store matted works or foldered items in flat files or in appropriately sized boxes specifically designed for storing works of art or documents. Store oversize objects flat whenever possible, not rolled or folded. Keep unframed prints in a cool and dry environment. Warm or moist conditions can also accelerate deterioration and encourage mold growth and insect activity. Also protect prints from environmental pollutants and airborne particulates
Matting and framing your paper prints with archival materials and techniques provides the best protection for your art on paper. In addition, we recommend acid-free or rag mats combined with a UV protectant glass.
